If I could give zero stars I would. My taxes were not completed by this firm because they took several months to do so and messed them up at least three times. I gave them chance after chance, but when I began getting letters in the mail that they were going to garnish my wages... that was it. It wasn't a hard file! Just a single person who worked for a single company with no large purchases or anything complicated. My new and current CPA spent five hours on the phone getting it straightened out and still has no idea what they did to screw it up so badly. TurboTax is better than these people.
