Zero is what I rate this company and their work.. Pitiful workmanship on their embroidery work. Below what a person who could buy a machine off the shelf w no experience and produce better quality simply by following directions. They put two names in the exact same color of the dress and burned the fabric or someone ate their lunch while ironing dress and made a new dress w tags look dirty.. Work was done the way they wanted and nothing like the young inexperienced girl who was said to be taking notes of how I wanted it done but yet I'm not sure where that list went. Place is crazy on prices and never offered to take one penny off price and I carried many new outfits coats and bag with a big blanket.
