Recently lost my best friend to a sudden and tragic accident. I was at work in the dead of night and got the call. I was heartbroken and devastated. This was the first animal I had been so attached to. We were pretty much inseparable for the last five years. I knew I didn't want her to go into the ground so at 2:40am I looked for options and found this business...I called expecting to get a voice recording, but was shocked to have someone answer the phone. He was polite, caring and didn't mind that I had called so late in the night. He assured me he would take care of her and he came the next morning to pick up my best friend. They provided pick up of the animal, the actual service of cremation, a BEAUTIFUL container and delivery of the remains..I couldn't be happier with them.
