On 10/6/14 I filed a grievance with the TN Better Business Bureau; they immediately took action. On 10/15/14 we were able to obtain a refund for the full amount due from H & S Cabinet shop and resolve this issue.
We contracted with H&S for cabinet work 4/2/14 and paid 50% deposit. On 5/17/14 the business closed due to fire damage. Giving appropriate recovery time, on 8/1/14 we requested the return of our deposit and again on numerous occasions. Our requests have been ignored. We were mislead that the owner was an honorable man. He has yet to contact us...we have had to chase him.
Phillip and Lisa are wonderful to work with. Everything is custom, high quality. I would highly recommend them for a kitchen remodel!
