on day I picked out my glasses, 12/04/14, employees could not run my FSA card due to not being clocked out for lunch so register wouldn't work. Had to make another trip to store to make payment... glasses supposed to be in by 12/19/14, checked with store when I had not heard from them, well, glasses had not been ordered!! it is January 6th, 2015 and I am still waiting on my new glasses.
Will pay more for faster and better service in future.
