I have used Randy's office after switching from Progressive when I moved to TN 2 1/2 years ago. I had Progressive for many years and they wanted to raise my rates after the move. I moved from a major city to a small town and didn't think this was acceptable. State Farm came in a bit lower and I thought customer service wouldn't be as good as Progressive's, since I was quite satisfied with it. Boy was I wrong, having a local agency who cares, is great. Fantastic service and a pleasure to do business with.
