I gave a 5 star but, a 1 STAR is what Jostens is worth. Jostens is the most frustrating company to order anything from. Orders are shipped where? Every item sold has a different department in a different state. You get transferred around to different answering machines. You must order high school announcements a YEAR before graduation. Any order 9 months before graduation, will not have the high school logo/crest on your announcements. WHAT!!!! The company “BALFOUR” has no foolish restrictions like Jostens. I would have chosen “BALFOUR” (5 STAR). My sister ordered graduation announcements from BALFOUR, 3 weeks before her son's graduation. She received her announcements, error free, in 5 business days. WITH the high school crest/logo.
