If I could give this place less than one star then I would. Went in to see about trading my truck in, also had (more than plenty) cash down. The guy sitting behind the desk, or should I say lounging, had his feet kicked up and was eating a cup of chili from Krystal. He wouldn't even put the thing down to give me the time of day and shake my hand, let alone try to make some money and earn a repeat customer. I put my thousands of dollars down on the table and it changed his mind, attitude, and demeanor, but it was too late. He was extremely unprofessional and lost my business and that of everyone I know.
