We had this company install our gas heat and fireplace insert and spent well over $6,000.00 dollars, then they came without a request for service and put more gas in our tank. The tank they installed but we paid for and when it was installed a leak was found months later. They insisted that we had used several hundred gallons of gas during the summer for our stove top burners and water heater. I can tell you that from the amount of cooking my wife did, we did not use much gas. And we had installed that Renine water heater that only heated water as you used it, to save money. Now, after coming and pumping in more gas, they bill us for $96.00 for gas and we had prepaid for gas that they said could not be used until Nov. and they pumped the gas in late Oct. We are still attempting to clear up the problem but the lady at the store seems to just be rude to the point that my wife is having problems sleeping..
